Jim & Dena Bower attended the 2006 AQHA World Show along with daughter Dru BowerMoore to watch Lowry Star's legacy continue through his prodigy. Three year old Lowry Star JR son Lowrys Old Peppy was one of the youngest horses to ever qualify for the AQHA World Show 2006. He has earned his Register of Merit in Heeling and shows great promise as a performance horse.

The 15.2hh 1300 pound stud is owned by Anthony Poole and stands at High Meadow Farms in Magnolia, Texas. To learn more about him, visit www.highmeadowfarms.org.

2007 Lowry Star Classic Team Roping

The annual Classic team roping takes place Sunday, August 5 2007 at the Bower Arena in Worland, Wyoming. The roping will include a Handicap Pick & Draw, Handicap Drawpot and a Straight #5 Handicap Pick & Draw. For more information call Jim Bower, 307-347-3580.
